Holidays

Today, i´m going to tell you about my holidays in Madrid, Spain, my first and only trip abroad. These holidays took place before the pandemic, in January 2020. I went with my husband, and our stay lasted for seven days. The activities we engaged in were mainly centered around dining and visiting museum institutions. A curious fact is that the most delicious thing i ate was sushi from a Japanese restaurant near our hotel, above the typical food of Spain.

The most memorable museum i visited was the Museo Nacional del Prado. It was so vast that we needed more than a day to explore it fully. One day, we also ventured to Toledo to visit its cathedral, a stunning example of Gothic architecture, where we found the transparent of Narciso Tomé.

Additionally, i recall visiting a beautiful park named Parque de El Retiro. While strolling through this park, I encountered a very angry  cat that make me laugh. There were also some  bonsai trees and a variety of plants in the park.

Overall, this was the best holiday i´ve ever had because i had the opportunity to immerse myself in art and experience many wonderful things.
